Accompanying Person
Please note that accompanying persons are persons who wish to attend the accompanying person program, not General Assembly.
Spouses and accompanying persons must register together with the attendees on-line in advance, but latest until 4 May, 2012.
Accompanying persons are very welcome!
Accompanying persons’ registration fee:
100 Euro before 31 March, 2012
140 Euro between 31 March and 4 May, 2012
Accompanying persons’ registration fee includes:
- Guided tour in the Budapest Zoo on 15 May, 2012
- Welcome Reception in the Library of the University on 15 May, 2012
- Bath Tour in Széchenyi Bath (City Park) or ART Tour (Museum of Fine Arts) on 16 May, 2012 (please indicate the preference on the Registration form)
- Transfer and Dinner in the Lázár Equestrian Park, Domonyvölgy on 16 May, 2012
- 3-day pass for Budapest Public Transportation
- Attendance at whole-day anniversary program and gala reception in Gödöllő on 17 May, 2012
