Sightseeing Tour in Budapest

The approximately 4-hour long sightseeing tour shows the most attractive features of the capital. The participants can take the opportunity also to visit the impressive Hungarian House of Parliament where the Coronation Regalia can be seen, or the Hungarian State Opera House. Transportation by bus, with English-speaking guide, refreshment in a coffee house and all entrance fees are included.

Budapest Art Tour

A half-day visit to the Hungarian National Gallery and the Museum of Fine Arts (Gallery of Old Masters: Spanish Collection, Renaissance and Venetian). Transportation by bus, English-speaking guide, entrance fees and refreshments are included.

The Jewish Sights of Budapest

Wednesday, 23 May, 09.00-13.00 Price: 30 Euro / person (Minimum number of participants: 15 persons)

A three-hour long walking tour in the world’s second largest Synagogue and its surrounding including an inside visit of the Synagogue complex (Jewish Museum, ghetto and World War II area history). The Synagogue and the nearby Jewish quarter have a very rich history. By the end of the 18th century the Jewish people were allowed to leave the Buda side of the city and they create this area known as the Jewish quarter of Budapest on the Pest side. Transportation by bus, English-speaking guide, entrance fees and refreshment included.

Budapest Bath Tour – Széchenyi Bath

Thursday, 24 May, 09.00-13.00 Price: 30 Euro / person (Minimum number of participants: 15 persons)

A tour to the Széchenyi bath, which is located in the city park of Budapest and it is the largest thermal bath in Europe (18 pools). The Széchenyi bath is supplied by two thermal water sources with a temperature of 23°C to 38°C. The bath was built in 1913 in Neo-baroque style and is named after István Széchenyi who was a Hungarian politician, theorist and writer in the 19th century. (Please do not forget to bring appropriate swimming suite with yourselves.) Transportation by underground, English-speaking guide, entrance fees and refreshment included.

Cancellation Policy of the Optional Tours

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to CongressLine Ltd in written form. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks (if all relevant data and information received on time). Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the optional tours will be made as follows:
100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 10 Euro) - in case of cancellation received, before May 1, 2012.
No refund - in case of cancellation received, after May 1, 2012
If the tour is not completed, the entire fee will be refunded.
