Cancellation Policy of Registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the PAIN 2013 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation, received before 26 July, 2013
  • No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 26 July, 2013

Hotel information

Hotel booking deadline: 26 July, 2013 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Hotel reservations are on a first come first served basis.

  • Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 14.00
  • Check-out time is 10.00

Hotel Reservation

Reservation will be made only on receipt of 2-night hotel deposit and should be sent in written form using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form or On-line registration. Upon receipt of the booking form and 2-night deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation in written form by the Congress Organiser (CongressLine Ltd.).
Please note that any reservation payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to CongressLine Ltd.

The difference between the 2-night deposit, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid at the hotel upon departure.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after 30 July, 2013 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
