Registration
Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the On-line registration or by using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form. If you have previously pre-registered through the website please indicate „hotel reservation only” in order to avoid double charges.
Early bird fees were available until September 15th, 2012. Regular fees available until May 15th, 2012. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as on-site registration.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Conference Secretariat via email at golob@congressline.hu. Registration and payments, sent after May 15th, 2012 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
Personal datas will be stored and used in connection of the International Ferenczi Conference 2012.

Cancellation Policy of Registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the International Ferenczi Conferece 2012. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before April 15th, 2012
- No refund in case of cancellation received after April 15th, 2012
Payment
- All registration fees should be made in Euros. They can be made via on-line registration, or by completing the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form and sending it back to the Conference Secretariat.
- All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.
- Payments sent after May 15th, 2012 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
