Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee it is with great pride, honour and pleasure to welcome you to the 10th annual European College of Equine Internal Medicine congress which is held November 2nd-4th, 2017 in Budapest, Hungary.

The beautiful, vibrating city of Budapest and the historical congress venue Hilton Budapest are providing us with comfortable scenes for an unforgettable event.

We are also very happy to welcome some of the best speakers from all over the world presenting us comprehensive reviews and the latest research results on geriatry, neuromuscular diseses, nutrition, diagnostic imaging and so much more. We have fully booked interactive workshops and overbooked specialist training program running on the pre-congress day. We have recieved almost 90 abstracts of extraordinary high quality and the best ones will be presented to our participants. Please join us for our annual gala dinner at the equestrian park of 12 times horse coach driving World Champion Lázár brothers and enjoy the traditional Hungarian horse and dance show.

If you get tired from the massive amount of knowledge during the scientific meeting just relax in one of the famous luxury thermal baths in our capital or come for a morning run with us in the green heart of Budapest on Margit Island or have a party at the famous ‘ruin pubs’ rated as some of the top bars in the world.

We sincerely hope you experience both this enchanting city and scientific congress which we feel will be a truly rewarding experience for you both professionally and personally.

Enjoy the program!
