Hotel reservations are on a ’first come, first served’ basis. Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 14.00. Check-out time is 10.00

Hotel reservation

Reservation will be made only on receipt of 1-night hotel deposit and should be sent by using the On-line Hotel Booking site or the Hotel Booking Form. Upon receipt of the reservation and 1-night deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the Conference Secretariat golob@congressline.hu.

The difference between the 1-night deposit and the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure. Participants are kindly asked to indicate their hotel preference in the notice field. If the preferred hotel is not available, the next chosen accommodation will be reserved for the participants.

Hotel prices are indicated in Euro per room per night, including breakfast and all taxes.
Please note: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please consider that the prices listed there are generally do not include all the local taxes and breakfast costs.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel reservation

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd) in written form.
All refunds will be processed after the EUROCRIM2013 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

REFUND OF THE HOTEL DEPOSIT WILL BE MADE AS FOLLOWS:

  • 100% refund of the 1 night deposit (minus an administrative fee of 25 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 2 August, 2013
  • No refund (1 night hotel deposit will be charged) – in case of cancellation received after 2 August, 2013
