Hotel Reservation

Congressline Ltd. (as the Conference Organiser) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the 14th IFAC Workshop on Time Delay Systems (TDS 2018) and will handle all related reservations.
A number of hotels of various categories are available for participants of TDS 2018. All hotels are located within a reasonable distance by public transportation from the venue.

Hotel reservations are on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since the end of June is a very popular touristic period in Budapest and the rooms in many hotels are limited.
All rates are per room per night including breakfast and 18% VAT and City tax. Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.

Please consider: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please note that the prices listed first there are generally do not include all the local taxes and breakfast costs.

Our professional staff will assist you to find a suitable hotel for your group and will handle your reservation.

Reservation method

To make a Reservation please fill the Online Registration & Hotel Reservation Form.
Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation.
After the reservation and payment received, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Organiser by email. Any modification requests should be sent to the Conference Organiser. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.

Hotel Accommodation must be paid until 18 May, 2018 the latest. In case you share the room with another congress participant, it is possible for each participant /roommate to pay only the half of the total hotel expenses. Please indicate this request as a note in your accommodation form.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be sent to Conference Organiser in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

  • 100% refund (minus 30 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 18 May, 2018.
  • No refund in case of cancellation received after 18 May, 2018.


All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after 18 June, 2018 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
