Registration

Registration is required for all conference participants and it is open for all EAZA Membership categories: Full Members, Temporary Members, Candidates for Membership, Associate Members, Honorary Members and Corporate Members. All registrations should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form.

All fees include VAT (Value Added Tax, 27 % in Hungary).

The registration fees include:

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Delegate bag with conference materials
  • Attendance at the official social programs (icebreaker, zoo visit, farewell dinner)
  • Attendance at conference lunches and coffee breaks

The accompanying persons' fee includes:

  • Attendance at the official social programs (icebreaker, zoo visit, farewell dinner)
  • Half-day Sightseeing tour in Budapest with lunch at Grand Market Hall
  • Half-day Bath tour to Széchenyi Bath

Daily ticket includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on the chosen day
  • Delegate bag with conference materials
  • Attendance at lunch and coffee breaks on the chosen day

NON-MEMBERS

If you are not a member of European Assiociation of Zoos & Aquaria (EAZA), you can apply for registration by contacting Ms Sofieke Bouwman at EAZA Executive Office (sofieke.bouwman@eaza.net).

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Office upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Conference Office via email at golob@congressline.hu. Payments sent after 15 September, 2014 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Conference Office (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the EAZA2014. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 15 July, 2014
  • No refund in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2014
