Congressline Ltd. as the Congress Office has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the WCNA2018 and will handle the related reservations. Hotels of various categories are available for participants of WCNA2018. All hotels are located within a reasonable distance by walk or public transportation from the venue.
Hotel reservations are on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since June is a popular touristic period in Budapest and the rooms in many hotels are limited. All rates are shown per room per night including breakfast, 18% VAT and City tax. Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.
Please consider: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please note that the prices listed there first are usually do not include all the local taxes or breakfast costs.

Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the reservation and payment received, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Congress Office by email.
Any modification requests should be sent to the Congress Office. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.
Hotel Accommodation must be paid until 15 May, 2018 the latest.
In case you share the room with another congress participant, it is possible for each participant /roommate to pay only the half of the total hotel expenses. This option only available if both participants are registered. Please indicate this request as a note in your accommodation reservation.
