Cancellation Policy of registration, accommodation and social program
All cancellations should be sent to Congress Office in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
- 100% refund (minus 30 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received
before 18 May 2018. - No refund in case of cancellation received
after 18 May 2018.
Payment
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after 1 June 2018 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
